Well cutting the rear quarter panel give me more flex ability? and how hard of a job is it. I wanna cut basiclly the rear part where the bumper over laps.

I cut mine off about a year ago just cause I liked the look of it and wanted more ground clearence. It took me about an hour with a dremel and a grinder with a cut off disk. Alot of people cut it out where you can bend the metal under to keep water from getting it. I completely cut mine off and fabed up some pannels for underneath and bolted them in.

I didnt weld anything or even need to when I cut my fenders. I guess you could if you did the bending method where you cut out the part in the very rear and fold the metal up thats on the side. I think I remember seeing a build thread or tech page where they did that way. Its a heck of alot more work that way in my opinion.

it wont help you flex. they only thing you really gain is some departure angle. and probably hacking some rust off

Yeah i just figured i need alittle more rear wheel clearance! It seems with the 6.5inch coils in the front and how my rear is set up my tire doesnt exsactly Tuck if you know what i mean. Ill take some further photos and let you'll see what i'm talking about or exsactly what i'm working with.
