Default Cut/Fold rear repair

I've searched and heard some general information but I haven't been able to answer my question. I did the cut and fold on my rear fender, not the quarter. My question is how to make this look clean. When you look at the jeep from an angle you can see the metal pieces folded inside. I planned on cleaning it, putting fibreglass in and then herculining over that. Will this work? Could I use bondo? I see jeeps that have done the fold method and look very clean but no explanation on how it was done. Any help would be great.

I'm not to sure how most people go about this, but personally I would weld them... But I'm a welder, that might not work for you. Bondo might work if the tabs were at least tack welded together, but if they're just floating there then bondo would absolutely NOT work. I think fiberglass sounds like a reasonable solution, but I've used herculiner before and I don't like it much. My current bedliner choice is made by duplicolor, it's sprayable and you can get it at Oriely's

Stay away from bondo. Any point that is not sealed will allow moisture in leading to swelling and rust.

Know how I solved my problem with seeing the folds on the inside?
I painted them black to match the wheel well. Now it's not noticeable.

Thanks for the replies guys. Welding isn't an option right now. I pounded them flat and sealed the lip of the well. Looks great from the side but you can tell my jeep was cut up from any other angle just doesn't look quality. I'm going to go the fiberglass route next weekend. Thanks for the info about the bondo.
