Break what? My frame mounts? My gf has a bumper bout the same weight as mine.....hasnt broke anything yet and its been almost a year

The weight of the bumper won't break it, it is trying to recover with it the will most likely cause it to fail

i had a guy pull me on my old bumper that still had the stock mounts and it ripped the bolts threw the body on the pass side mount

The spot where your steering bolts up to the "frame".

And like he said, its not the bumper's weight, its pulling hard with the bumper
