Thumbs up

No butchering took place... I removed it and dumpstered it....the dash did not fit into my plans... but a custom dash did....

You know what I meant lol. I like the idea and look of a chop but I love the full body dove tail look as well. This summer one of the two is happening to mine. Might chop then dove it

Not including your dash bar, how many feet of tubing did you use about? I chopped my 4 door a while ago but haven't caged it yet.

Edit: forgot to say what a great job you've done! I need to find a rear hatch that's metal so I can close the hole out back.

Need to get some triangulation into that thing. How much were you able to weld out side of the chassis and fit in in one piece? Did you do the cage then rear cap, or rear cap then cage?

I completed the chop first then decided to add the cage afterwards after seeing a pick of an XJ with the top collapse after hitting a tree..... as for the cage it has been stick built inside the jeep so far.... the longest tube goes from the firewall along the A-piller to the roof and connects to the rear external portion....
