Looks damn good! What did you cut your pieces with? What kind of welder do you have?

well I couldnt wait:laughing:
Put it on and sprayed my headlight bezels too
as it stands I have $20 in this bumper For primer and spray bedliner
Unless you count buying another bottle of gas and some more saw blades
In which case I guess I have $60 total in it

That looks pretty great. What thickness did you use? you said add 1/2inch to get to 3/4 so did you use 1/4inch on the whole thing?

all i can ask is.... can you please share some measurements that thing is sick

Slayfan21 11-07-2013 06:35 PM

the skin and gussets are all made form 10 gauge. I know a bit light but it was all free scrap. Would of preferred 3/16"
The Tie ins are 1/4" plate with 1/2" taps added to make the 3/4" clevis points

I know I should of drilled the 7/8"<-Typo Brain Fart. I drilled 15/16"> holes first. But I got in a big hurry :\

what measurements you want?
