very awesome work that guy did. that link should be stickied and every time people ask how to trim the fenders, their thread should be locked and they should be directed to that link.

you don't air down? And I read online Interco is going out of business. That would suck.

if your talking about this:

STAFF REPORT

LEAVITTSBURG — Denman Tire has issued a 60-day plant closing notice for its factory here and warehouse in Austintown.

The 91-year-old tire manufacturer said Tuesday that the company will shut down operations unless the owner is able to find financing or a buyer.

Denman shut down its production earlier this month and laid off nearly all of its hourly workers.

Some workers said they were told the company did not have the raw materials needed to continue making tires for the construction, agriculture and mining industries.

The company said it has 260 employees who stand to lose their jobs.

If the company is closed, its assets would be relinquished to its lender for liquidation.

Richard Szekelyi, the company’s restructuring adviser, said the board of directors has worked for 10 months to refinance the Denman’s debts or find a buyer.

Denman has been struggling since the downturn in the economy in 2008, he said.

Sandy Pensler, who owns the business, said a year ago that Denman was losing money and might have to close.

He was seeking either government funds or purchases to turn the business around.

“If these efforts had been successful, Denman could have been a viable company,” Szekelyi said.

then interco has responded with this:

After seeing all the rumors and speculation I decided someone should email Interco and find out what is happening, so I have. Here is the reply I received today:

Here is the story. A factory in Ohio by the name of Denman Tire Corporation has shut down and Denman was a major supplier of some of our tires. Denman also manufactured other tires of various brands that will also be affected. We anticipated something like this could happen someday so we diversify our production. It takes time to move equipment out of one factory to another but we have already started the process. We will experience shortages of some sizes and types but this will be temporary.

This factory has been caught up in the difficult economic situation the country is experiencing but everything at Interco is OK.

I sincerely appreciate your inquiry and welcome any future inquiries so we can keep the record straight. Since this news broke we have been humbled by the hundreds of phone calls and emails we have received from very concerned off-roaders and dealers.

Best wishes,

Here is mine.

Running 35" no rubbing.
2 door helps, welded patches over the splits and ground everything smooth.

Enjoy.
