Make a card board mockup then measure all the pieces out flat to figure out how much plate you'll need and what thickness. Tie the clevis tabs together with them selves and the bumper mounts so you know they'll hold up to use the rest is more for the "look"

I was going to recommend cardboard as well. Basically anything that's cheap that you can use as a template.

lol I feel flattered that you like my bumper.

I used cardboard and tape to make my own fake bumper. Then cut all the tape, next put all the cardboard sections on plate, traced around it, then cut it.

You'll need:

-tape measure
-marker

-knife
-tape

Get after it.

What did you cut with? Is an angle grinder with a cutting wheel enough?

sure if u bought 200 discs. Lol. My entire bumper is 1/4 thick. I used oxyacetylene cutting torch and a grinder to smooth out the edges.

I dont know if you got anywhere with this but the JCR Offroad DIY bumper kit is pretty darn close to what you want.
It comes all pre cut and tabed. You just bend at the tabs and welderup!

Pretty hard to beat the price.
I used their kit and added a pipe and made it a bit wider to extend out to the flares.
