COTM submissions thread at the top of the COTM page. Submissions can be done starting the 1st of the month, voting starts on the 20th (provided a Mod can get the poll up and going - remember, they do this voluntarily and have real lives too so give them a break). First 5 entries that meet the rules are entered into the poll.

And DaddyGreenGenes, the rig that looks the nicest, or is the most customized, or is the most capable offroad doesn't always win. Yes, you've got a good looking rig. Yes, you've put a lot of time, money, and effort into making a capable offroader that can still be used as a DD. Nicely done! I mean that honestly. But people have their own opinions on what they like and to say that a guy using garden edging for flares is being ghetto is just plain rude, especially when you could've said, "It's not what I would do", or, "I don't like it, but it's not my rig". We all have our own budgets that we have to stick to and we don't all like the same thing. Main point is that he likes it and that what matters 'cuz it's his rig. If others don't like it, oh well. If others do like it, great. But this is a freakin' forum contest where you get to have your rig on top of the forum page for 12 months. This isn't life or death. You got 2nd in one of the others you were in and that was against some pretty awesome rigs. That ain't too bad. But the attitude you're showing here - "I think mine's better and because I'm not winning I'm gonna **** and moan and withdraw" - makes me wish I hadn't given you my vote this month. I normally vote for the most capable rig - heck, I voted for someone else in one of the 2 I've entered because theirs was more capable than mine. But this time, I thought, "He's trying to win so I'll try to help him out. Even if it's not the most capable IMO." I voted early on before your little rant, but now, I really wish I hadn't wasted my time if this is your attitude towards a game. Going off of capability, Jeep Guy would have mine.

Anybody who wants to ignore me should feel free to do so...It's a free country.
Just because I haven't rolled my rig down a hill doesn't make it a mall crawler. I get mine muddy at least once a week. How about you?

Mud is nasty. But it sees trails and rocks often enough.

Mud! LOL!

The fact that it's a Mall Crawler isn't the problem. The fact that you're being a sore loser is the problem.

It's the interwebz, chill out.

It appears to me that you just posted up with your sappy opinions so people might favor you. It doesn't matter what you think about your own rig when it comes to COTM. The point of the COTM is for OTHER people to show what they think of your rig. If there is a majority of people who like the garden edging... so be it. What does it matter? It's an internet forum. No need to ***** and moan about it. When you didn't win show and tell in pre-school or get a gold star, did your parents withdraw you from the pre-school? I mean c'mon. Your, what I'm assuming you to be, a grown man. I know 17 year olds that don't act like you do. Get over yourself.

..... wow, i'm sorry that you obviously feel like your too good to run on COTM. When i first caught eye on the poll last night my honest opinion was "holy cow, thats a killer looking jeep. He's got a lot of the things i wish my jeep had". I surely thought your jeep was going to blow us away. As for my garden flares.... Have you put your jeeps fenders into a tree or 2? a bushwacker (while i like em and have them mounted on my DD) will break: "Damnit... there's a few hundred bucks gone". My "ghetto garden flares" just simply flex and form back. If they break then that's maybe $14 gone... o-well. I'm sorry my jeep isn't a cookie cutter like yours though and i hope in the months to come your jeep is posted up to more worthy opponents.

I appreciate all the votes from everyone so far... Thanks a bunch

Not a bit of rust on my rig. And i'm pretty sure d60s don't just bolt right on. Making my own longarms cross member and sliders also. Nice try. My rig will walk all over yours. Sorry my TNT bumper bolts on. Forgot about that. Got me

You just keep coming back for more don't you? You wanted to drop out yet your still here. He never said he'll be running them, he implied that he IS running them.
