Guess I should have said Entry Titles..
Per the rules the title of your submission must match exactly what the rules call for. I didnt make that rule, personally I dont much care for the rule..but it is what it is.

I am going to message the site admin.. OKC and ask if I can modify titles and allow the first 5 posts that are correct (despite title) to go through. If he says no..then too bad.
If I dont hear from him I will personally allow the first 5 that are correct to go through and I will fix your titles.

** All participants must have 25 or more posts. If you do not have 25 or more posts you can only view the content.
Entries will be accepted until the 20th of each month, when voting will begin. Voting will go until the day before the last day of the month. The winner will be announced the first day of the following month.
** Subject must have the month of the submission in the title. Example for Oct you would title it "Oct COTM Submission"(minus quotes). If this is not included your submission will be thrown out. **
**All pictures must be attached using the sites attach file feature and not linked. This uploads the files and they stay the site. You can not link to pics on other site or your submission will not count. **
**All submission pictures must have original full sized high resolution pictures that are 8.5 x 11 print quality. Minimum of 1200 x 800. **
Core rules:
* Non-winners are free to enter again in following months.
* Winners must wait 12 calendar months to enter again.
* Vendors can not enter.
* Submissions begin the 2nd of every month.
* Submissions will end the 20th of every month.
* Voting begins the 21st of every month and runs till the last day of the month.
* Winners to be announced on the 1st of the following month.
* A pic of the winners rig will be added the header rotation.
* Winners MUST be able to supply high resolution pictures to the COTM administrator for the Calendar. (Minimum - 1200 x 800)
What to include in your submission:
- Must include 2-4 photos
- Year
- Model
- Specs ie engine, t-case,axles etc.
- Mods or addition beyond stock setup
- Any other critical information
The more detail the better. So list out every spec, mod or parts you addd. Submissions that do not have details will be tossed out.
How to Submit an entry....
Inside the COTM forum area there is a sub forum titled "Cherokee of the Month Submissions " at the top, you will use that to submit your submission post. Only the staff and the original poster can see this post. We will use that to setup the voting thread for everyone to vote.
We will be selecting the first 5 properly entered rigs. If you are not selected, you will need to re-enter in an upcoming month. We feel that there are far too many entrants to make a good decision on a winner, and this will fix that issue. You cannot enter until the 1st day of the month. Entries received before then will be discarded.

I read through the rules and saw that. Still dont understand the proper way to attach photos. Little bit to confusing for me. The only way I know how to attach a picture is to insert the link under the attach file drop down box.

when you click reply or new thread, below the text box will be a button that says "go advanced". Click that and scroll down. There is an "attach files" section with a button that says "manage attachments" under the additional options section.
This hosts the images on cherokeeforum rather your external photo site. This helps greatly when we need to move posts around, and in case the external site goes down or you move/delete photos. By entering into COTM you agree that CF can use your photos in the banner up top and any other media (calenders, etc) as they choose - assuming you win.

Alright fellas.. this is a 1 time deal. If you all happen to enter again in another month and fudge up your titles again..I wont fix it. Ill get a list of which 5 you can expect to see up on the poll.
