1991 Firebird Formula- first car, could not miss this more.
1993 Civic - worst purchase ever. Had it for all of six months, three of which it was on the road, and completely lost my *** on it.
1990 Ranger - Incredible truck. Rusty but trusty. Had a hole in the floor but went down the road and never got stuck even though it was a 4 cyl, 5spd 2WD
2006 Cobalt - One of the current cars, trying to sell it but having a hell of a time.
1989 XJ - Newest, and hopefully will steal my heart from the Firebird so I can stop missing it so bad. Currently not running, think it's the fuel pump, but haven't taken the time to try too hard to figure it out.

92 ford ranger - transmission blew and rear end gears were ground away
98 chevy blazer - transmission needed to be rebuilt and the radiator had about a half pound of tar in it and the intake gasket blew
2001 dodge stratus 2.5G - 3.0 with a 5spd. hauled ***.

then my dad kicked me out and MY car was in HIS name so i had to buy something for myself so i got a:

2000 dodge dakota with the little bit of money i had. one month later both head gaskets blew leaving me completly screwed. i called a salvage company and got 900 bucks for it.

I took that 900 dollars and some money i saved up and bought my xj.

96 Nissan P/U 4X4= Beautiful truck, went through starters, alternators and a motor from muddin in high school.
94 Nissan 370z= Bought while in Hawaii from a family friend back in AR. Had it shipped
out. Sold it in HI, made about $2k more than what I paid.

98 Jeep Cherokee= Bought this because I was getting stationed in Wyoming

09 370z= I love Z's.

1988 dodge 600
My first car, it was $150 only because the battery in it was brand new. What a piece. But it was an.. Interesting first car. Will always have a special place with me.

1996 Chrysler intrepid.
"sniff" my first true love. I miss her..

1997 Saturn SC-1
although it was a Saturn, it was a fun little 5-speed. I liked zippin around in her. But uh, not the coolest looking car.

1999 Cherokee
Current. I like her lots, and she likes me back.

Oh yeah total $1100 first 3
$4000 jeep.

Let's see what I can remember...

1966 VolksWagen Beetle (first car - loved it! Bought it for $50, had it restored for $1200, sold it for $2,000 when I enlisted. I'm still kicking myself for selling that car some twenty-odd years later...)

1975 (I think) Kaw 500cc touring bike. Great little bike, got me where I wanted to go, and carried a good deal of stuff with it.

1972 Datsun pickup (D21? 520?) I flogged Hell out of that truck!

1974 Toyota Corolla. First car in CA. Bought it non-op for $50, put new points & condenser in it, drove it home. Used to race over Hwy 17 in that thing...

1980 Honda Accord. Great little car, until it decided it wanted to spin crankshaft bearings repeatedly for no good reason.

1985 Cavalier, 2.8L V6. Changed its own oil - but it ran.

1982 Reliant K. I should never have bought that thing, but I needed something that ran.

1991 Corsica, 3.1L V6. Great car - ex-girlfriend ended up with it (she needed it more than I did - I'd no trouble faulting back to the Shame Train and LPCs at the time.)

1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1990 XJ - all with 6-242, all 4WD. Still have the 88 and one of the 1990's - farkin' City made me get rid of the rest.

1995 Grand Voyager. Kids, hocky, running about. Kids is growed, don't have the Dorkwagon anymore.

2005 Suzuki Verona. Actually a good car - but the only Suzuki vehicle I've had trouble with was the Samurai (simply because I get tired of pranging my head getting into & out of the thing.)

1972 911 Targa. Longish story - I owned that car for a fortnight before I flipped it, and it got me my first menage a troi as well (even longer story. The car itself didn't make it happen - buying it was merely a catalyst...)

Them's the highlights. I'm planning a refit of the 88XJ, I'd like to score another early Bug to frame-off (she wants one as well, I may need to get two.) I need another pickup truck - either a 5-speed MJ w/6-242 and 4WD (I have a spare AX-15, so that's not a problem,) a pre-1974 Dodge W-series with either the LA V8 or the Cummins Diesel, or a pre-1974 V8 J-series (AMC401 preferred.)

If I could trust my head, I'd also want to get one of those Diesel motorcycles - lemme tell ya, getting 130mpg would take the sting out of $4.50/gallon for everyday driving, y'know? I'd probably put 5 gallons in every six weeks or so... But, between my head and CA drivers, I don't want to take the chance. (I'd have to get a new motorcycle endorsement anyhow.)
