Few if any JK parts will fit/work on any other vehicle as a direct bolt-on.
Your question covers a lot of territory so you might want to narrow it down a bit.

i was thinking front axle shaft u-joints, but the yj uses the smaller 260 joints.
so maybe lug nuts...?

Engine: BIG! HUGE!
Oil filters, air filters, thermostates, waterpumps gotta remember the 4.0 inline 6 engine IS the same and if they all three have the same engine, than almost any engine part will be universal... Right? Same with clutch or tranny. Ohh and seat belts you can buy universal seat belts.

yeah my YJ is inline, my very first jeep was a 95 grand cherokee laredo that was a inline, and I have been hooked ever since on jeeps. My 97 JGC is a V8 it a beast, great big 5.2 engine in it, so I hear ya, hate driving four bangers, and will never own any thing again other than a jeep.
