Default Is there a cheap way to lift an Isuzu Pickup?

I have an old beater 1990 isuzu pickup... 2.3L 4 cyl 2wh drive truck that I use for dump runs, hauling stuff around, misc junk like that.

Was thinking recently of lifting it off the ground a bit, because it sits pretty low... is there some bastard-pack way of doing this on the cheap that anyone knows of?

Is it IFS? I suppose the answer has to be yes since I don't have a solid axle, right? To be honest, I've never stopped to think about it, haha... all my mental mechanical energies go into my Jeeps.

And body lift... I'd forgotten about those. That actually might be a pretty cheap fix, nice suggestion! Thanks
