Hello. New to this forum.

I have a 2000 jeep Cherokee sport
the problem I'm having is the following. Sometimes, when starting the car, it will give me one click, whole power goes out, then about 5 seconds later comes back on and process repeats. Now when j go to the front, if I touch the cable to the starter and try again, it works normal. I am not sure what it could be but starter was tested and works normal. I checked all wires and I couldn't find a short. Any suggestions?

another issue I'm having is with my AC, it turns on and blows strong, however there is no cold air. Compressor seems to engage, it is full of the 134a thing. What are things I could try?
