Default RHD Wrangler Steering Gear Issue

All,

I posted this on the Jeep Wrangler Forum, but not getting any help. Please see the issue below:

My new to me, actually my wife the postal gal's '97 Right Hand Drive TJ's steering needs some adjustment. I have done this adjustment on my XJ, but this steering gear's adjustment nut is left-hand threaded. I found this out the hard way of course. The adjustment post (allen head screw) will not budge. My question is, can I replace it with the standard steering gear, because I am not finding a RHD specific part? I have searched on the forum, Rock Auto, and Autozone. No Joy

I now know that there is a specific RHD steering gear. I did get the adjustment post to break free, but it just spins. It looks like it has about 8 threads over the jam nut. Is there any way to get this gearbox adjusted properly?
