Default need some help

Ok I know this is not the place to post this...but....I know I can count on you guys for some input.....My problem is this..I have a 2002 Yukon and twice now the pistons in my rear calipers have came out of the caliper and left me brake less....I have changed everything 3 times now and different brands all times..took it to a brake shop they couldnt believe it..and I've looked all over the net and there is no help on this..even posted in a yukon forum believe me they were NO help...any help will be appreciated as this is the vehicle my wife and children drive everyday.

Sounds like you are in a wrench! I cant imagine a piston coming out of the Calliper. If you haven't done so - replace the calliper. small price compared to the piece of mind of a new one. Sorry no other answers I can give.

I have replaced everything calipers rotors pads hardware nothing left out...and this happend more than once...

brake lines to? make sure nothing is backing up? hows the fluid level?

You havnt had the rotors turned down have you if your rotors are too thin your pistons could spit out check your thickness.

Easy. Weld a spacer on the back of the pad being pushed by the piston.
