Default trucks getting tired, need help deciding on jeep replacment

hello all, i havent been on here for a very long time, sadly my 88 Cherokee project has been pushed to the back burner, hopefully next year ill beable to get back on it but we'll see

Ok so my rusty silverado has done me very well the past few years but with 188,000+ miles and inspection time comeing i dont khow much longer it will last and dont want to dump money into it to pas inspection then turn around and sell it in a year or two

....so i am considering looking into a 4 door jeep wrangler something in the 2010 range with less than lets say 60k on it

now to what i need help with....what should i look for and what sub modle will have what im looking for and not have what i dont want. there are so many options and all that i dont know where to start

things it must have

4 door ( so unlimited right?)
6 spd manual
4x4 (duh)
power windows/locks
A/C

things i would like

cruse controle
low gear ratio 3.73 or 4.10s i hear are options
hard top
basic audio ( i prefer aftermarket so dont want to spend $$$ on premiun factory stuf)

Dana 44, lockers factory? any of them have them?

basic future goals

35ish tires/wheels
2-3 inch lift
winch/bumper
cool slanted soft top
lights lights lights

mild wheeler/DD

any tips on what to look for, what models have what options, any links to general information/ mods for the JK would be awsome

thanks
Jesse

The Rubicon has front and rear locking D44's. Good luck finding what you need.
