whats so rare about it? its probably worth 3 grand tops as it sits. if the rest is nice.

its hard to wreck that motor, what else have they neglected?

That's what I was thinking, I'll offer $1000 as richxj89 recommended. I won't go any higher than $2500 though. My plans for this doesn't include a 2.5L anyway. I'm looking to drop a 4.0 HO from a wrecked parts XJ I have in it, if I get it.

thats a plan, remember that the trans in that tj will not bolt up to the 4.0

I still have the AW-4 and NP231 from the donor XJ, I'll have to settle with automatic trans, but I don't mind (the wife isn't too adept at manual anyway).
