Default Help! f-150 rear drums??

So I bought my 97 4.6L 4wd f-150 2 months ago.
He told me the breaks needed to be bled, Feels like they do, and I did it.
That didn't change anything.
If feels like I have no rear breaks when I break.
I looked at it and you can see a few liquid leak spots on the drums

I jacked my truck up and spun the tires and hit the break and they stopped.
I did the same to the front.

I thought they worked, but then asked a buddy and said that was just because the wheels weren't driving.

I asked if it needed a seal? He said most likely a wheel cylinder.
I called Orileys and their 10$, I thought this was going to be a 200$ fix.
I hope that is the problem...

Any other ideas?
How can I tell its the back, and how can I tell if it is the wheel cylinders?

Disconnect the front brakes and see if braking is notably harder. Or disconnect the rear and see if it's about the same. Of course this is extremely dangerous and should be done at a low speed with a lot of room.

This is a good write up on the dana 60 drums

You should take the drums off, dry everything up, then hit the brakes hard a few times to see if there is any fluid leaking from the wheel cylinders.

If one wheel cylinder is leaking change all 4 the rest will soon start.
