1991 Jeep Cherokee Limited here. 4.0 4x4

so I've had a recent issue of my running lights and gauge lights not working. I've found out as soon as I replace the fuse and turn on my lights it blows. I've replaced the headlight switch and still the same issue. I've unplugged the console and the lighted vanity mirrors just make sure and still the issue persists.

Could this be a grounding issue or an connection issue? Any ideas would be great!
