Pressure washer and a shop vac that can blow. The vacum is to dry it after. I dunno if straight water would clean up so much oil. also try to catch all the water, ie place pieces of wood thewhole way around where you wanna park your jeep, then throw a tarp down on top, making a makeshift pool, then drive into your makeshift pool and clean away. If its too cold I dont know what to tell you

I feel your pain...The other day I was changing my oil and without me noticing the old oil filter seal came off the filter and stuck inside the oil filter housing. I put the new one on and poured the oil in, started her up and 6 qt's of oil came shooting out. This was on a public street and in front of a neighbors house. I had to think quick so I used some cat litter on the ground and purple power degreaser and a rag on the oil cover engine parts. I got most of it up but it left a huge stain on the ground. Man was that a mess and people were looking at me like I was a monster.
