Question Chevy z71 power steering hose help?

I have a 97 z71 that has a bad power steering hose. I have a new one for it but what I need to know is if I need to bleed air out once I get the new one on or is it simply take the old one off and put the new one on and put PS fluid in and presto? Thanks in advance for any help

Install the new hose, fill the pump up to the line on the stick and then start the engine and turn the steering wheel back and forth about ten times. Top off the fluid and you're done.
