Hey, does anyone have any links where I could find AM parts for an '87 Chevy V10 Suburban? Thinking about buying one. My second cousin Doc was talking about one that he has and he said he'd sell it to me for $3000, otherwise he would sell it for $6-8000. The price seems a little steep but he is very peticular about his cars, and the 350 is pretty built. Just wondering if it would be a project I would want to waste my time on. He's also trying to sell me his '67 Mustang GT500 even though I'd never buy it because for one I don't have $50000 and two I'd have to kill myself if I ever put a scratch on it.

Thanks

V10? GM never put a V10 in a Suburban.. Are you sure you have the right info on that? Just ask to try and help a bit...

Buy it that car sells to collectors for well over $500K at $50K your getting a steal of a deal (And can make a hell of a profit). I think the last GT500 I saw sold for about $750K and it had over 90,000 miles on it..

I wonder if that should be C10 or K10. It would make a good tow rig. I have seen people wheel them but they are sooo big.

Too big for many trails that I have been on. Now my jeep has also been too big for some trails and the only thing getting through were Sammies.

The cars worth a ton, but he'd sell it to family for 50k just to keep it in the family.

In about 87 the designations went from C (2wd) and K (4wd) to R (2wd) and V (4wd).
