Anyone own or have seen a nice 79 Jeep Golden Eagle
Just wondering. I have access to one I want to rebuild in Arizona. I used to love beating the crap out of it when we were kids, then my brother got it and crashed it... jerkoff. Anyways, They were called Cherokee Golden Eagles I believe, had the sweet vacumme actuated 4x4, I forget the actual name. Im gonna try to restore it someday, I hope. All links and help in getting this project started are welcome!

Ok, so I just checked it out on Google, I was mostly right. It is a 79 Cherokee Golden Eagle with the quadra track system. 2dr, had a 360, I think someone borrowed and didnt give back. Any help would be appreciated. Its model was the FSJ i believe.

yeap, thats it. When I go to Arizona I will get some pics. I was mostly looking for any good sites that had parts available for the FSJ. I loved riding around in it when I was a kid.
