I had the 2 wheel drive Concord with the 4.2 I6 back in high school. It was not very good off road.:icon_wink:

Really enjoyed the Eagles. Nice story, however he forgot to mention another great selling point in the 80's, the galvanized body. I miss my Eagle wagon....

The rustproofing was good on these for the time, I think from '83-on they even came with factory Ziebart. Decades of winter use still takes them down in the end, though.

I'm enjoying my XJ a lot but do miss my Eagle wagon as well.
