Leaking out of a small hole in the bottom, can't find any lines that could possibly go to it.

1st thought: that's easy! It's a...one of those...its part of the...
2nd thought: let me google this real quick (this was an hour ago)
3rd thought: what a PITA!! WTF is this thing?!?

Seriously! WTF is this thing? I've looked at the maze of a vacum system, emission system, ventilation system, etc. I've seen pics of the same part on engine shots, just can't figure what it is. Can you follow the lines to see what it goes to? Looks like one small hose going somewhere into the block, possibly carb, and two bigger ones going somewhere. Into the brake booster? Transmission? WTF?

Haha ya my problem to, I only posted when I admitted defeat lol, its attached directly where the head and block connect and I think that's where the oil is coming from, and fingers crossed that the other 2 lines are vacuum cause the disappear underneath and I can't find them ... I think they could be vacuum cause the thing sorta looks like an egr valves or fpr valves on other vehicles iv worked on... I can see it on engine bay pics on Google but I can't find it in a labeled diagram
