80 CJ 7

I have a 80 CJ-7 I can only start it by the seloid by a screw driver and it fires right up I have replaced Selenoid, Key Tumbler, Key Switch (Turns ignition on) But still will not crank any Ideas?

Yes in line 6 258 no emmisions hooked up straight engine

is the actuater rod going from the tumbler to the switch in good shape?

see if you can get it to start by manually moving the ignition switch
