77 Cherokee, windshield wipers don't work
 

Hi all. I have a 77 Cherokee, and discovered this morning in the rain that my wipers don't work. I'm confident I can youtube and fix it, but need some guidance first that's going to seem ridiculous.... am i checking for a vacuum issue, an independent motor not functioning, or an electrical issue? Or all of the above? 😊 Thanks!!!
