2006 Silverado SS brakes

Son is looking for new brakes. Anyone have experience with Power Stop drilled/slotted rotors? Sold on Amazon and Summit . Will also be getting ceramic pads. Mostly DD, some light/ medium tow.
Also they are zinc dichromate coated, would caliper paint stick to it for painting the center hub area?

Put those on my 2010 Yukon XL and they work just fine. Paint should stick to them no problem

I wouldn't get ceramic pads, but everything else is fine.
