Picked this up a couple months ago with a growling noise coming from the trans. Got it cheap has no rust at all, came from naples fla this past summer and sports new paint and some 17" chrome wheels. All stock- not even a fart pipe lol. So i decided to rebuild my first fwd manual trans. The culprit was a bad input bearing. Took all of an hour on the bench to do, surprisingly easy. I decided to re gasket/seal the motor as it has 210k on it. Prolly be my new dd
