Lightbulb RENIX Vacuum Bottle Relocation

I Did this little Mod because I wanted to trim my bumper and needed to relocate the vac bottle. You may need to do the same if your getting a new bumper, winch, Hooks, ect.....
My rig is an 1988 laredo, and I realize that the size/shape of the bottles has differed over the years, but this will give you some ideas at the very least.
Lets get started.
You will need:
10mm socket & Driver.
6" socket extension.
10mm box wrench or vice grips.
3/16 Drill bit (maybe larger).
Sharpie marker or other method of marking.
Optional: Etching primer, Black paint.
Rags.
Hands.

First I removed the vac bottle from the bumper, and saved the bolts from it. its on the passenger's side about 3" back into the bumper, this is pretty easy to get to if you already have those plastic side guards removed.

Now lets think new location. I chose right under the radiator overfill bottle:

Remove the bottle, set to the side and then the two bolts holding the bracket in place.
You should now have two things to work with:

Lets see If we can't mount that vac can under the bracket.
Drill holes APPROX (keep reading) Here:

Next place the bottle on the underside of the bracket and determine where to drill with a pen or crayon ect:

When your ready, drill your holes. you should end up with this:

Now as you can see, my bracket was covered with rust, so I scraped/sanded most of it off, and hit it with etching primer:

Almost done! Pull up the vac lines, and cut the big one to length, the little line has a plug up near the battery, all you have to do with it is un-plug the long end, and plug the L-shaped rubber fitting back in, and then to the bottle:

Now mount the vac bottle under the bracket using the bolts you saved.
Tighten down the bracket with its bolts, affix the overflow bottle, and your done:

I hit it with the black paint before and after.
It looks like it belongs there does it not?
