Would these rims be okay for 30 inch tires?

Model: Grand Cherokee
Engine: 318
Would these rims be okay for 30 inch tires?
I have been thinking about buying these rims and tires however I'm not sure if the rims would be usable for the 30 or 31 inch tires that I eventually want to get for my 93 Grand Cherokee.
Are they usable for that size tire? They are the 16 inch stockers off of a limited GC from 96 I think.
