Okay, so, I had my jeep in my boyfriends garage working on my subs and we went to start it, and it wouldn't go. We thought maybe it was the battery because we had been working with the sound equipment, but when I turned the key to the accessories unit, the gauges said the battery was full. And not trusting gauges, we tried jumping it with no result. It did keep turning over, it just wasnt getting any gas. So then we just let it sit thinking maybe it got flooded when trying to start it, and after and hour and a half, still nothing. We finally got it going after pumping gas to it, and after it was running as soon as I took my foot off the accelerator, it killed. Which makes me think that it's the crank sensor, but i dont get any shaking. I just replaced the fuel filter, so I know it's not that. Any ideas?

So it will only run with your foot on the gas? I had the same problem, my battery was toasted. May be your TPS as well, although unlikely it took a dump after working on a sound system.

Yeah that's what I was thinking about the tps. Talking to my boyfriends friend, he said possibly also the sending unit on the fuel stop. Today it ran fine. I fired it up and it ran normal, so far. My XJ did that forever, where there were days that I had to ride the gas all day and the next itd be fine. We never got a chance to replace anything before a truck hit me and totaled it, so no help from that. The only difference was that my XJ definitely had the death rattle goin, and my WJ doesnt shake.
