WJ Tie rod ends
So today I figured I'd put the WJ on the lift and check it out a bit and I found something. However I'm having trouble with the correct terminology for these parts. I believe the tie rod ends have gone bad (up and down movement). One end connects to the pitman arm and the other end connects to the steering knuckle. Do I have these right? I've looked for a front suspension diagram for a WJ but I cannot find one, if someone has one I would love to see it.
Here are some pictures for clarification:
Also, about a year ago when I bought the WJ i'm fairly confident I had this replaced. What could have caused this to go bad again in a year? I've put about 12,000 miles on it or so.
Thank you,

I've seen that. It looks as if for the Grand Cherokee the drag link and tie rod are combined? Three questions:
1.) What is the proper terminology for these parts specifically?
2.) This was replaced last year, what could have caused it to go bad again?
3.) Should I go to the Dealership for replacement parts or where?
Thank you!
