Default WJ Fan Won't Come On

My GF's WJ is becoming more and more of a pain in the ***. We just replaced the radiator that cracked. The water pump is also leaking so I bought a new one still need to replace that. Replaced the thermostat just because. Now the fan won't come on. The temp reads fine, any Ideas? I don't think this has a radiator fan switch? Any ideas welcome. This thing is going to be leaving soon

Check this out. There's a relay for the fan under the headlight. http://rigs.corequipment.com/cebby_W...ling.htm#relay

Nice, I have been reading about that too. seems to be a common problem. This is the best page I have seen about replacing it, thanks!

I didn't know if you knew about that or not. There is an even better one on here somewhere but I can't find it now.

Thats ok, the link you posted was great. I am going to change it anyways, figure it cant cost me more than $30 anyways. Turns out the coolant temp sensor that I bought is useless. Thanks for the help, hopefully its just this relay.

I would definitely hook your fan up to the battery first and make sure that works before ripping into the relay, save the headache and the money if the relay is fine.

We tested the fan, that was the culprit. It did not work, hit it with a wrench and it started up but not good. Replaced the fan motor and shroud, new water pump and shes good to go. Thanks for the help everybody. This WJ has been a money pit for me.
