WJ Brake hardline
This oughta be fun tomorrow..
Just did brakes at all corners on wife's WJ, went to pull on ramps and felt a pop in pedal then went to the floor. Blew the hardline just above the drivers side rear lower control arm. On a tip i found the WJ lines were not yet obsolete, i wasnt so lucky two years back when i had to make the line for a ZJ.
This runs from ABS pump to rear axle. Glad i dont have to fab my own line and the bubble flares at pump. This should be fun trying to route it. I was amazed it was only $15 from the dealer..

Yeah i thought so..
That install wasnt so bad, had my neighbor for about an hour to help me route it..first time he went along wrong side of steering shaft but we got it the second time. Much quicker and easier than bending it myself.
Thought i might have to drop the crossmember but that wasnt the case.
Now just waiting on the Mrs to return home and pump the pedal for me.

Old fart with a wrench
You can probably get by with a "gravity bleed". Just start fluid flowing, leave the bleeder open, kick back and have a cup of coffee, and wait till it starts running out. You may still have to do a pressure bleed, but it saves lots of pumping.
