I am having a problem with my wipers. I first replaced the wiper relay box and than I just replaced the wiper motor. Neither worked. When I turn the wipers on they only come on on high and would not return to the start position. After putting in the new motor, it still only worked on high and wouldn't return to the start position when turned off. I then changed the relay box again and it still only worked on high but than it at least would return to the start position when turned off. After about 30 secs I smelled something burning. I traced the smell to the relay box. I opened it and found a part of the circuit board had burned. I opened the other relay box and it was burnt in the same spot. I think it's a short but how do I find it?
