whats the best tires?
im looking to buy cheap but nice on/off road tires for the stock wheels on a grand cherokee wj their 16inch.
any suggestions on where to buy them or name brands off nice but cheap tires?

I got some Nexen Roadian M/T tires. They have worked great so far and were only like $108 a piece. They have a good aggressive tread and grip great and clean out great as well.

the cheapest tire site i know of is http://www.treadwright.com/default.aspx. i have yet to buy tire from here but i know ppl who have and they say that they're good tires.

With more than 20 years in the business, I am incredibly impressed with the Uniroyal Laredo. They build an AWP (All Weather Protection) and a AWT (All Weather Terrain). Both are offered in 6/8 and 10 ply. I have never been able to wear out a 10 ply tire on any of my autos, instead I always cut them and they can not be repaired. Dollar per mile, you will not find a cheaper tire. Make 100% sure which ply you are pricing.
