I have a 98 5.9 Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee with a messed up passenger window. I got into it and found the problem. It's a white piece of plastic that fits to a ball end that broke. What the heck is it called? Or is there a diagram that I can look at? Or do I have to buy the whole assembly? Help!!!

If I'm understanding right its your track guide their are two ways to fix it one get a whole new assembly most expensive option or get the guide, unfortunately they just don't sell the guide so you need to go to home depot or Lowes and go into the hardware section and get shower door rollers. And what you'll do is you'll have to slightly sand the side into into a u profile, if I can find the link again ill post it.
