Tyre Sizes on a 2006 Grand will these fit ?

Tyre Sizes on a 2006 Grand will these fit ?
Hi Folks, Im from the UK and its getting wintery, so im going to upgrade the tyres on the 2006 Grand Cherokee LTD 3.0 CRD
At the moment they have 245x65x17 on the standard alloys.
I would like to fit BF Goodridge all terrains as i had these on a Pickup truck last year and were great on road and off road.
But will 245x70x17 fit ok with out any rubbing ?
Seeing the profile is 70 instead of 65.
