Default Turn Signals

Hi. I'm new to the forum and have a question. 2000 GC turn signals won't work when the weather is cold. Flashers work. High beams work. Lever goes into postition and returns after cornering but no lights. Have had the same problem in warmer weather but if I turned it off and restarted 9 times out of 10 the signals would work. Same procedure does not work now that it is cold out. Any ideas? I tried the search feature but did niot find help,

i faced similar thing on my bmw. it is a well maintained car and 1997 make.

I think this is something related to broken flasher. may be water condensation inside old flasher cause this. after engine warmed up my signals immediatelly started to operate. actually i can see blinking light on dashboard but no light outside of car.

I have the same problem, mine doesn't flash when turning left. I thought I fixed it but it came back!

A fix I will try is to remove the flasher relay, clean the terminals and replace. If this doesn't work I'll replace the relay. I have heard that this has fixed similar problems before.

Any update on this? My turn sigs actually just went out today while signaling into my street my hazards work fine though. Dont yet know if it will click back after turning. Think that would be a fuse problem? Or a relay one? Fuse i can handle but ive no idea where the relays are or what they look like, let alone cleaning/ replacing them
