Turn signal issues
 

'04 Grand cherokee limited, all parking lights out. Fuse good, bulbs/ sockets seem good. All other lights and functions working. Just noticed it 2 days ago that all front and rear parking lights don't work. Not sure if there's a relay or not. I hear one working for the headlights but nothing when the parking lights are turned on. The chime comes on when they are turned on. Can't seem to locate a diagram of the relays. Light switch? Please assist!

It may be the multifunction (headlight) switch on the column. Try a junkyard one and see if it works then. Then buy a new one.

I tested the switch and the relay, and both test good. Any other suggestions?

Nope, Electrical problems are hard to diagnose with a keyboard.
