Tread Wright Tires
Looking for new shoes for the ZJ and stumbled on these, anyone have any experience with them and I am in TX, in the old day, re treads+Texas heat = blowouts, has things changed?

Let me start by saying that I dont know squat about Tread Wright tires.
But if you know from experience that retreads and Texas heat don't mix, why even consider it.
IMHO, go with what you know works. Unless you're into taking risks and have extra cash to get new shoes should those fail on you.
