93 gc windshield wiper

My 93 gc wiper motor only works in fast speed. Intermittant and slow it doesn't. Do I need to replace it?

bump, im having the same problem. And when i shut it off it just stays where its at. Doesnt return to down position

The wiper module or switch might need cleaning/replacing.
