Trailer hitch for Grand Cherokee (for Uhaul)
Hi, I'm new to the forum, so sorry if this is old for anybody...but I'm moving next month and I'd like to hitch a Uhaul trailer.
I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, with the exhaust pipe on the right rear. It looks as though there are some pre drilled holes on each side, but the right side looks a little bit less accessible due to the tailpipe. Do I have to buy the trailer hitch offered by Uhaul, or is this such a common aftermarket item that I can get it for cheaper somewhere else and attach it myself? From my preliminary investigation it looks as though I'll just need a Class 2 hitch (not moving a ton of stuff).
Thanks for your assistance!
