On my 93 jeep grand limited I have a console on the roof of my jeep which tells me what the temp is and what direction I'm going, it's also suppose to tell me my mpg, the time, and idk some other stuff but the only things that were are the compass and the temp, the other stuff always goes back to what it originally started at, any ideas on why that happens and anybody know how to fix this?

I've got one in my WJ that can be set in 5 languages and I leave mine in compass/temp all the time.

I do the same thing I always leave it on temp/compass but I would just like the other stuff to work

Does it tell you things like open doors? It may cost you more than it's worth.

No it tells me my miles per gallons, it says miles, it says DTE but not sure what that means and it also says time, and every time I start my jeep all of that basically resets its self, for example my mpg always says 8.7 it might go up to 9.1 as I'm driving but once I turn it off and turn it back on it says 8.7, and then miles I turn it on and it says 3393 I'm driving and it'll keep track of the miles but I turn it on the next day and it'll go back to 3393, it's a mess lol

I have a 2007 gran Cherokee, when I'm driving all of a sudden all the dash/instrument lights start blinking off and on? Not exactly the same problem you are having but close.
