Default lost a wheel going down the road today

heres some pics from driving home today

going 35-40 down the road and the wheel just fell off, i even tightened the lug nuts just the other day, this is going to cost me a fender, a rotor, 5 lug nuts, and 5 studs. it is having troubles with stalling and it stalled on me 3 times on the eight miles i was on the interstate alone, i have to let it sit for 10-20 minutes until it will restart, i have taken it to a shop and they tried to pull codes but they couldnt get anything out of the computer so it will need to be replaced. there is a gasket (dont remember the name i think it starts with a p) that is bad and causing it to leak a lot of oil into the engine, and there is also oil leaking out into the air intake. it really needs all of the rotors replaced not just the one. the rear hatch wont open nor will the glass part of it which did until the other day. and the drivers side door panel is coming off.

right now i am having to travel 60 miles a day 4-5 days a week to college alone and im not sure if i want to fix this. i am thinking of putting a new rotor on it and selling as is (already replaced the studs and lug nuts so it is driveable except for the stalling problem). i just really dont know what to do right now.

hope you get it going. i put my lift, tires, and wheels on while i had the flu, had no sleep, and fought a structure fire that morning. so we got the lift on sund. at like 9:00, got about a mile down the road and heard 4 "pings" looked in the rear view and seen my lug's shooting across the highway, so i pulled over and called my buddy to bring his jack. as soon as the jack hit the rear axle the wheel fell off!!!!! and didnt even damage the new studs. i got real lucky!!!!
hope everything works out man.

Direct cut-n-paste from jf

ok i have had several hours to get my thoughts together and i have come up with a list
it needs-
pcm
plenum gasket
new plugs (only 1500 miles on them but they are very gunked up, i might just clean them though)
rotor
drivers fender
and either stock replacement sway bar ends or the jks quick discos (i think i like the jks idea)

how long would a shop charge to do the plenum gasket and how long would it take an experienced mechanic to do it?

Did you torque the lugs? 90-100 lbs. From the broken studs in the first pic I'd say that is what caused it. Have you had work done by a shop one the wheels? They are good at over tightening. Glad you weren't hurt.
