I was told, for my WJ, that Dodge truck wheels will fit. Why don't you do a google search for different bolt patterns?

Depending on the year of your grand it may have a 5x4.5 or a 5x5 bolt pattern. The 5x5 is on WJs (newer style) and the 5x4.5 is on the ZJs (older style) and share the pattern with XJs. I had a list somewhere for the 5x4.5 bolt pattern but I dont remember where it was. The actual bolt pattern in metric is 5x114.3 mm. But off the top of my head here is a semi complete list of vehicles with the 5x4.5 pattern.

Liberty, 2wd Toyota trucks and Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi and a few other import cars also have that pattern but some have a small center that won't clear the center on the rear axle. Happens with some Ranger and Explorer wheels too.
Chevy and GMC actually have a 5x4.75 not a 5x4.5 and don't fit.

Don't forget about offset. You need wheels designed for front wheel drive or 4X4 because the bearings are far behind the hub flange and the load must be over the bearings.
BTW, 114.3 mm is 4.5 inches
