Engine: 4.0-HO
T-case problem 99Grand
99 Grand V-8, auto trans, 247 T-case. Very lite ratcheting sound when putting it in reverse. When its in 4-lo it makes a Gawd awful chatter(very loud) noise. Chain or toothless gears slipping? Is there a way to adjust the linkage? A way to check chain adjustment without taking it apart? Advise from you Grand people would be greatly appreciated. Thank y'all in advance.
