i test fit some 31's a while back on my 96 with the worn out springs and a bb and they fit fine until full flex and then only rubbed a bit.

i cant say for sure, most likely the front bumper. but get them, stick them on, and then trim where it rubs.

I have a 2" bb that I have had on my 98 zj for 4 years. All you really need to trim is some of the plastic under the front of the wheel well. You can get some rubbing in the well at full flex. I did not get extended bump stops which I would sugest. At full turn I get some rubbing against the front sway bar, but how often do you really turn as tight as you can. If you get 3/4" wheel spacers this will eliminate the problem. I am on my second set of 31's BFG TA for the 1st set and 31 Treadwrights for the second. I would pick them up it they have some tread left.
