Default Slight Shake at Idol

I'm considering buying this 99 WJ from a person selling on Craigslist.

Only problem is, it has a slight shake while at idol. I have no clue what is causing it and neither does the seller.

So my question is: is this a common problem or is it something I should stay away from?

The GC has 130k miles on it and the seller wants $3500 (I think I can talk them down to around $3200).

Could need a simple tune up, or it could need a head gasket. Don't know without looking at it and doing some diagnostics. Pull the dipstick and see if the oil is weird looking and give it a snif to make sure it does not smell like gas. Do a compression test to rule out a blown head gasket, burnt valve, or a dead hole.
